SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY:

For UK Orders we offer next day delivery service using Royal Mail. Orders placed before 3pm is guaranteed for next day delivery.Once we have shipped your item you will receive an email with the tracking number.Your orders will be delivered to your doorstep and signed for. 

For international shipping please allow up to 3-5 day for arrival of your package. Your item will be delivered using DHL or FedEx. 

 Please make sure your address and contact number is correct when placing your orders. YTLUXEHAIR assumes no liability for any loss ,theft or missing items.

RETURN POLICY: 

Due to hygiene regulations , we can not accept returns on our product. However if for any reason you are not happy with your package, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve the issues.

 DELAYED ORDERS: 

We understand that courier delays do happen especially during peak periods like Christmas and Public holidays. We will try to make the delivery within the time frame. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
